Carefully Package your iPad with lots of padding inside a rigid box. Please include your Mail-In ID# with your shipment. Ship it to us, please choose a shipping service that will provide you with insurance for your iPad. Please send us the tracking number after you ship your package.

Step 3

Payment

Please fill out and sign the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form that we emailed to the email address your gave us when you obtained your Mail-In ID#. Mail, fax or email your completed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.

Step 4

Repair & Return

When we receive your iPad repair, we will verify the functionality of it and inform you of any discrepancies from the initial description of the problem. We will then carefully disassemble your iPad and Repair the damaged parts. After your iPad repair is complete we will fully test the functionality of the iPad. We will return your newly repaired iPad to you in the same packaging that you sent it to us in. Its that simple!

Some of the most common computer brands that typically run those operating systems are; Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Samsung, Acer as Asus. If you have an Apple computer or Mac we are the store for you. We are happy to help you with any thing that runs Mac OS X (such as a MacBook Pro or iMac) or iOS (such as the iPad or iPhone). By focusing on Apple repair and Mac sales we are able to offer the best service possible in Arizona. The Orchard has quality used Apple laptops starting as low as $299 and stretching upwards of $1000 depending on the type and specifications. We sell Apple desktops including the iMac for as low as $199 and upwards of $1000. The Orchard can provide you with a quality refurbished iPad for as low as $199, and can special order almost any refurbished iPad. We typically stock refurbished iPod touch 4th Gen models, starting at $129.

Does The Orchard sell Apple laptops only?

A:
The Orchard proudly sells quality Apple laptops and Apple desktops. Mac laptops are the most popular refurbished Apple computers at our store but we regularly stock and sell refurbished Apple iMacs, Mac Minis and Apple Mac Pro towers. We can also provide custom built Apple Mac Pro towers on a special order basis.

What is the standard warranty on computers purchased from The Orchard?

A:
All Apple computers (MacBook Pro iMac Mac Pro etc.) and Apple iOS devices (iPad iPod iPhone) sold at The Orchard come with a used computer warranty. Even used mobile devices such as the iPhone or iPad come with the same great warranty! The Orchard’s Apple computer warranty is a standard 30/365 warranty. That means that all of the parts, software, diagnostic and labor charges are covered for 30 days. All labor, diagnostics and software charges are covered for 1 full year after the original date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacture defect that may occur but does not cover user or accidental damage. For example if your disk drive stops working it will be covered no problem, but if it comes back with any physical or liquid damage that claim would be void. We include the full details of the warranty policy on the back of every invoice. Please contact one of our store for full and complete details of our Apple computer warranty.

What is the return policy at The Orchard?

A:
All items purchased from The Orchard may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. All returns are subject to our standard return policy. Please contact any of our stores for full and complete return policy information. Our complete return policy can be found on the back of every customer receipt.

Q:
Where do the Refurbished Apple computers come from?

A:
Approximately 99% of the used Apple laptops and Mac desktops come from large corporations. Most corporations lease computers rather than buy them. At the end of the corporate lease term we purchase the computers, go though them inside and out, as well as fully test them. We do accept trade-ins but those machines only account for about 1% of our inventory. Trade-ins that are in grade “A“ condition are refurbished and resold. Any Mac computers taken in on trade that do not meet our strict quality requirements are disassembled and used for parts. We do not under any circumstances purchase computers from individuals. We strive to provide only the highest quality Apple computers to our customers and therefore are not willing to take the risk that an individuals computer may be stolen or internally damaged. This policy is to protect our customers best interests. If you have a broken MacBook Pro or iMac, call us. We often times will allow a customer to trade-in their broken Apple computer toward a refurbished Mac from The Orchard.

YES! The Orchard is happy to help you get your broken Mac up and running again. We service all models of broken Apple computers. Even if your old Apple computer is considered “vintage“ by the Apple Store, we don’t discriminate! We strive to offer the most affordable Mac repair service in the valley. If we do not stock the MacBook Pro battery for sale that you need, ask us about special orders. We will happily locate a new MacBook Pro battery to meet your needs. The Orchard is the place to buy MacBook Pro chargers. We are the best place in Phoenix, Mesa and Chandler that offers quality used MacBook Pro chargers for sale. We typically sell the 60W MacBook charger, this charge is compatible with all 13″ MacBook and 13″ MacBook Pro models. If you need to buy a 15″ MacBook Pro charger, we sell these too. All 15″ MacBook Pros and 17″ MacBook Pros use an 85W MacBook Pro charger. For the protection of our customers we require that every credit or debit card purchase be verified by a state issued ID.

No. We do however accept most major credit cards.

Does The Orchard sell mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad?

A:
The Orchard sells used iPhones, used iPads and the used iPod touch. Due to the popularity of refurbished iPads, refurbished iPhones and refurbished iPods, supplies are limited.
